These Terms of Service govern your use of belvvent (belvvent Osakuühinguga) and its services. By accessing our website and booking guided mushroom foraging walks, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Scope of Services

We provide guided mushroom foraging walks and wild mushroom identification experiences in belvvent National Park. Our services include professionally led nature walks designed to educate participants about mushroom species, safe foraging practices, and the natural environment of the park. These experiences are seasonal and weather-dependent. We offer educational guidance and forest access only; participants forage at their own discretion and risk.

User Obligations

By participating in our guided walks, you agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and comply with belvvent National Park regulations. You must be in reasonably good physical condition, as walks involve moderate hiking over uneven terrain. Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult. You agree not to damage vegetation, remove protected species, or violate park conservation rules. Respect for the natural environment and other participants is mandatory.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, guides, and educational materials about mushroom identification, is the intellectual property of our company or licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission. Photographs taken during guided walks remain your personal property, but you may not use them for commercial purposes without our consent. We reserve all rights not explicitly granted to you.

Limitations of Liability

We provide guided walks "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or illnesses resulting from mushroom contact or consumption. Mushroom identification can be complex; we provide educational information but do not guarantee identification accuracy. Participants assume all risks associated with outdoor activities. We are not responsible for personal property loss or damage. Our total liability is limited to the cost of your booking.

Termination

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule walks due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. Cancellations made by us will result in full refunds or rescheduling options. If you cancel your booking, refund eligibility depends on our cancellation policy provided at booking. Repeated violations of our terms or safety guidelines may result in permanent termination of your access to our services without refund.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to venue or forum non conveniens.
